Actors shouldn't take reduce salaries because they are hard workers just like everyday average people. Just because you think they make a lot of money doesn't mean we should take money out of their pockets. Its not fair to them and it is definetely not fair to their families. Everybody is suffering in this recession so why penalize actors? They are just doing their jobs whether you like it or not.
